Can I view properties at my convenience?

Yes. Contact our leasing office to schedule a visit.


How much is a typical deposit?

Most properties require a deposit equal to one month's rent depending on your credit. Featured offerings may include a reduced deposit. Contact us for information about upcoming specials.


Are pets allowed?

We allow cats and dogs in most of our communities, and dogs in some communities. (An additional security deposit is required.) Other pets considered and admitted on a case by case basis (birds, reptiles, aquariums).


Do you check credit do a background check?

Yes.


Can I apply online?

Yes. You can fill out and submit an application online, or print out an application and bring it with you to our office or your scheduled visit.


Do you offer any special rates?

We offer special pricing from time to time such monthly residential specials at times and leasing incentives. Contact the specific leasing office for more information or questions about specials and eligibility.


Are appliances/ furnishings included?

Major appliances are always included (stove, refrigerator). Microwaves and dishwasher availability depends on the community. We can make arrangements for partial or fully furnished suites. Contact us for more details.


How is apartment maintenance handled?

You can reach our maintenance staff 24-7. We consider keeping each community running smoothly as one of our highest priorities.


Are utilities included?

This varies at each community. Many apartments include heat as part of your monthly rent. 


What about parking and storage?

Free parking is available at most of our properties; many of our communities also offer covered parking or underground garage spaces. Storage is also available at most locations.


Is there an application fee? 

Yes.


How long is a typical lease? 

1 year.


Are short term leases available?

Yes - check with the leasing office.


Can I terminate a lease early?

It depends on various factors. This option is not always available.


Can I sublet?

Yes with advance approval.
